One of the key plans this year was the decision to acquire a powder coating plant, which will enable us to enter this promising area. We intend to buy this paint factory at the turn of 2024 and 2025, with the aim of starting operations and offering new powder coating services as early as next year. This move is an important part of our strategy to expand and extend our technological capacity.

Similarly, the acquisition of the Tajo Group in Moravská Třebová, which specialises in plastic injection moulding, was a key step for us. This move allowed us not only to strengthen our production capacity, but also to combine our skills in plastic moulding and painting. Tajo Group has brought new opportunities for cooperation with our customers and opened the door to further business opportunities.

Another significant success was the operation of our COLORprofi Automotive department, focused on robotic painting. This department won new key contracts in 2024, sustained high levels of efficiency and minimised scrap while maintaining the highest quality. At the same time, we have prepared the upgrade of this technology, which includes the investment in a new painting robot and an additional robot for pre-painting. These steps will enhance our ability to improve the process of cleaning parts prior to painting and increase the efficiency of our operation.

Our COLORprofi Fiber division has been successful in winning two major orders in the e-bikes business. These new bicycle models will be moulded directly in Europe from 2025, namely in Boskovice. This project highlights our ability to innovate and respond to rapidly changing market demands.

In addition to these milestones, we continued to diversify our activities. Our involvement in areas such as energy and franchising brings new opportunities and stability. Another important part of this strategy is the planned Retail Park, which we aim to build between 2025 and 2026. This project represents one of the other legs of our diversification and will be another pillar for the long-term stability and growth of our holding company. We plan to further develop these areas to strengthen our market position and ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.

The current market situation is not easy. Economic conditions in Europe, particularly in Germany, are bringing downturns in some sectors, and competition is facing significant challenges. However, we at COLORprofi are able to hold our ground and continue to develop despite this unfavourable situation. This is thanks to our strong strategic moves, stable leadership and the unwavering commitment of our employees. We are confident that we will remain an important market player and a reliable employer in the following years.
